Important Note on Afternoon Sanctum Closures
Almost all major temples in Vrindavan close their sanctum doors (Patt) in the afternoon between 12:00 PM / 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM / 5:00 PM for the Thakur Ji’s mid-day resting (Bhog & Shayan). We recommend visiting temples in the early morning (7:00 AM – 11:30 AM) and evening (5:30 PM – 9:00 PM), and taking peaceful Satvik Mahaprasad and rest at Fogla Ashram during the afternoon recess.

Devotees are requested to wear modest Indian attire (Dhoti / Kurta / Pyjama for men; Saree or Salwar suit for women). Sleeveless tops and shorts are discouraged.
Free shoe stalls (जूता घर) are available outside all temple lanes. During peak rush, leaving shoes in your room at Fogla Ashram and wearing pilgrim socks is recommended.
Photography is strictly prohibited inside Shri Banke Bihari Ji and Shri Radha Vallabh sanctums. Keep phones switched off or placed in bags.
Heavy rush occurs during Janmashtami, Holi (Lathmar & Phoolon Wali), Radhashtami, Sharad Purnima, and Shravan. Prior coordination via WhatsApp is recommended.
